Saturday September 2 saw the grand reopening of BelleMariee’s new bridal shop in their new larger premises at 15 Newport High Street.
Council leader, Lora Peacey-Wilcox cut the ribbon to formally open the shop. Lora, who used to run her own dress hire agency in Cowes, said: “I was extremely impressed with the variety and quality of the special occasion wear, which is not always easy to find on the Island. It is really hard to buy such items on-line as you need to try them on to see how they fit and hang.”
Owner, Eve Insley, added: “We had a wonderful day with local suppliers. Thank you to all who came, and we booked in many new brides to find their dream dresses!
“Come along to Bellemariee and see us in our new premises. We have the same amazing prices, just with a new look. We also have a large selection of evening wear and prom dresses and lots of accessories to finish off your perfect outfit.
“We look forward to welcoming you into our new shop.”
