An open top bus and a Honda Jazz car got stuck to each other in a two-vehicle jam in Freshwater on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Queens Road and Moons Hill, when a Southern Vectis Needles Breezer became wedged alongside the Honda as a result of the incident.
Fire crews from Freshwater and Newport were called out to extricate the two vehicles from each other. It was initially thought that people had been trapped in the incident, but the four occupants of the car succeeded in freeing themselves unaided. Fortunately, no-one required treatment as a result of the collision.
