IW Men 1st XI drew 2-2 at home to Alton in South Central Division One, with Nathan Bruce on target for the Islanders, with the 2nd XI side losing 3-1 away at Portsmouth 4th, with Tom Young netting the consolation goal.

In Solent Division Two, 2nd-placed IW Women’s 2nd XI won 7-0 at home to Haslemere 5, with Anya Clark (1) and prolific Siena Holbrook (6) securing the points for the Island side. Keeper, Bluebell Milsome, saved a penalty flick for the second week running, with IW Women’s 1st XI unable to field a side away at Southampton.

U-14 boys won away at New Forest 9-1, with scorers, Cian Smallwood-Butler and Jasper Jenkinson, getting two each and one each for Oliver Smith, Rupert King, Nathan Phillips, Kit McChesney and Leo Jones.

The U-14 Girls Goshawks Orcas lost 5-0 away to Haslemere. The U-14 Girls Goshawks won 4-0 away at Trojans B, with scorers Siena Holbrook (3) and Layla Holbrook (1).

IW 1st XI visit 2nd-placed Southampton University tomorrow, and 7th-placed IW men’s 2nd XI are home to 6th-placed Havant 6.

IW Ladies travel to 3rd-placed Bournemouth 2, and the 2nd XI are at home to 6th-placed Portsmouth 5.
