By Isle of Wight ObserverWightlink has launched its first-ever Black Friday offer with huge savings on hundreds of ferry crossings to and from the Isle of Wight.
For one day only on Friday (November 23), and only available to book online, the flash deal will apply to all crossings to and from the Island between 23 November and 21 December 2018, from Wightlink’s three ports on the Island: Fishbourne, Ryde Pierhead or Yarmouth.
Isle of Wight customers with a MyLink card can take advantage of up to 50% savings on foot passenger fares, and all customers can benefit from 33% discounts on car and foot passenger travel to the mainland.
Keith Greenfield, Wightlink’s Chief Executive said: “We are delighted to be offering residents significant discounts in what will be our first Black Friday sale. This is a straightforward offer available on all sailings, subject to availability, on all routes.
“There are many reasons to travel in the run up to Christmas whether visiting family or friends or taking part in festive events on the mainland and we hope this offer will able people to make a special festive trip at an extra-special price.”
The offer went live at 00:00 at the very beginning of Friday 23 November for one day only and is available to book at wightlink.co.uk/blackfriday
