The 2022 Chris Snape Memorial Trophy, an event at Newport & District Rifle Club, is an against-the-clock competition with competitors moving from position to position, and following a planned target order.
It was won by Ian Lockhart, with Pete Blackwell in second place and new member, Becky Richardson, third.
Chris Snape was a former member of the club, and was involved in the clean-up after the first Gulf War, during which he tragically lost his life. The club dedicated this trophy to his memory.
