Monkey Haven have tons of seriously spooky shenanigans going on this half term, including their ‘Spooks & Spiders Spectacular’ which will be running every day from Saturday, October 19 to Sunday, November 3.
Taking place in the brand new Reptile Lodge, visitors will get the chance to meet many creepy crawlies including some scary stick-insects and mad-eyed millipedes.
Jordan, Monkey Haven’s Keeper, will even be getting up close and personal with the giant snakes and tarantulas.
Over the Halloween weekend on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, there will be Halloween themed crafts including face painting, badge making and glitter tattoos to liven up the spooky mood. Fancy dress is encouraged!
The Isle of Wight Bat Hospital will also be flying by on Saturday, October 26 and Thursday, October 31 for the ultimate Halloween feel.
