A 90-year-old member of the Open Umbrella Cancer Support Group has raised £100 for charity by abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower, in Portsmouth.
Brian Smith presented the cheque to Andy Wallace at the Riverside Centre, Newport, following his efforts to help keep the Daisy Ring buses running Island passengers from the ports of Southampton and Portsmouth to the cities’ hospitals.
