Hovertravel is using Armed Forces Day (Saturday 26th June) to say thank you to our armed forces.
Loretta Lale, Head of Commercial at Hovertravel, explains: “We owe so much to our armed forces. Their work, past and present including during this time of crisis helps keep us safe. They are an inspiration to us all and they also represent the best of Britain, with a reputation which is envied around the world.”
From the start of lockdown, we have carried military personnel across the Solent as key workers engaged in COVID-related projects for our communities. As the travel restrictions lift in the coming weeks, we look forward to welcoming both serving military and veterans looking for some well-earned R&R.”
Hovertravel has an ongoing 20% discount for all active armed forces through the Defence Discount card scheme.
