Some of the entries

Bembridge Horticultural Society held its annual Summer Show on Saturday, with entries up by around 15 per cent despite the challenges of drought and water shortages.

The event was well attended and full of colour, showcasing the talent and dedication of local growers.
Prizegiving was combined with the Bembridge in Bloom awards, which saw entries double this year.

The event was also supported by Bembridge Men in Sheds. Show secretary, Matilda Palmer, and committee members worked tirelessly to organise the event and serve teas and cakes during the day.
