IW Indoor Bowls side narrowly won their President’s Challenge match 90-89 shots, against a visiting Devon side.
John Attrill skippered the winning rink, and Ian Turner led for the mainland side. The Island side had two current presidents and one former president in their ranks.
With the outdoor season getting closer, this weekend sees a three-rink match against Camp Hill, and inter-club challenge, and a morning of Trophy and Plate alongside a Bowls roadshow event.
