A familiar podiatry clinic is entering a new chapter as The Foot Therapy Centre changes its name to Wight Admiral Podiatry.
The clinic will continue providing friendly, professional foot care, with familiar faces, Mike Tattersall and Rebecca Todd, both BSc (Hons) podiatrists, remaining at the heart of the team.
Mike and Rebecca offer routine podiatry appointments, including nail cutting, corn and callus treatment, in-grown toenail care, verruca treatment, and diabetic foot care.
The clinic also welcomes Mark Wood, a BSc (Hons) qualified podiatrist offering routine appointments alongside specialist musculoskeletal podiatry. These appointments help people experiencing foot and lower-limb pain, or difficulties with walking and movement. Mark can assess foot function and gait, and recommend suitable treatments, including custom insoles and orthotics where appropriate.
Reduced-rate appointments for nail cutting only are also available for patients who do not require full routine treatment.
Visits to the conveniently located clinic, in Chain Lane in Newport (behind Boots), are encouraged, with home visits available for those unable to attend in person.
Although the name is changing, the team’s commitment remains the same: providing professional, friendly care to help patients keep their feet healthy and comfortable.
