Win tickets to Jack Up The ’70s at Shanklin Theatre

From glam rock to disco, Motown to two-tone, you can’t help grooving to the sounds of the ’70s – and now readers have the chance to do just that.

The IW Observer has two pairs of tickets to give away for the much-anticipated return of Jack Up The ’70s, taking place at Shanklin Theatre on Saturday, September 27.

This smash-hit show is performed by award-winning five-piece band, The Zoots, who will deliver two energetic one-hour sets of non-stop party classics. Covering more than 50 chart-topping hits from the decade – including T. Rex, Chic, Sister Sledge, Mud, Earth, Wind & Fire, Abba, Boney M, Kool and the Gang, Dolly Parton, David Bowie and The Sweet – the evening promises to be packed with nostalgia. The performance also features a selection of iconic ’seventies movie soundtracks, brought to life by a multi-talented group of musicians and performers.

The Zoots have played more than 1,000 shows worldwide and now bring their celebrated ’seventies spectacular to the Island. Audiences are encouraged to dig out their flares, and prepare to dance the night away.

Tickets are priced at £25, including booking fee, and are available from shanklintheatre.com or the theatre box office on 868000.

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets, simply answer the following question:

More than how many chart-topping ’seventies songs will be performed by The Zoots during the show?
