An applicant has applied for planning permission to build three homes, classed as ‘market housing’, off Newport Road near Northwood.
Application 25/01078/FUL also includes parking space, an access road and landscaping.
The proposal represents phase two of a wider residential development at the site, with the first phase already approved and under construction, according to a statement submitted by the Andrew White Planning Consultancy.
The council’s public consultation on the proposal ends on October 3 and a decision is expected on October 28. View the application at iw.observer/planning-portal.
