Weekend of remembrance at Carisbrooke Castle

The sun shone on a special service at Carisbrooke Castle on Thursday (November 8) to mark the upcoming centenary of the Armistice in 1918.

The Rt Rev Lord Bishop of Portsmouth, Christopher Foster, led the service at the castle, attended by various Island groups and members of the public as wreaths and crosses were laid.
