Newport, Pan and Barton Older Voices benefit from Asda cheque

Newport Older Voices and the newly formed Pan and Barton Older Voices received a generous cheque from the Asda Foundation.

The £650 in funds is for a Christmas party to bring all the members together.

Helen Osbourne chair of Older Voices got in contact with Asda’s community Champion Clare Jones and they met several times to discuss how Asda can support the groups.

At the cheque presentation was also the Island’s High Sheriff Gioia Minghella-Giddens.
