A pirate-themed Day at the Bay, a fund-raiser for Freshwater Independent Lifeboat, raised more than £7,000 for the charity on Saturday.
Crowds were entertained throughout the afternoon by the FaT Samba Band, followed by magician Huxley, Bay Wailers, Greg Barnes and Storm.
The lifeboats were on display and there was a chance to meet the crew, who also took part in a tug-of-war, while there was a grand auction and raffle, which raised almost £2,500 on its own.
There were local stalls, refreshments and family fun with ‘hook the duck’, ‘wet the crew’ and ‘Ron’s games’.
