I am very honoured to have been elected as your councillor for the ward of Freshwater North & Yarmouth.
Since receiving a Declaration of Acceptance of Office, I have been training at County Hall with our other 18 newly elected Reform UK councillors.
I am keen to hit the ground running and have arranged to go out with a representative from Island Roads, as the condition of highways in our area was one of the main concerns I heard on the doorstep. I am looking forward to working with them, with the intention of clearing the potholes on our ward and pointing out some of the drainage problems, to reduce the risk of future flooding.
I am looking forward to the prospect of joining committees within the Isle of Wight Council and taking on new challenges to make a positive difference for the constituents in Freshwater North & Yarmouth.
Thank you to my voters for putting your faith in me, and I promise you I will do my very best to effectively represent everyone living in our beautiful corner of the Island.
