I am honoured and humbled to enjoy your confidence as the elected representative for Shanklin South. I am now retired, but spent my life working in many different industries, both for large companies and also running my own businesses.
I have lived all over the UK as well as spending a few years as a resident in the south of France, before settling in the beautiful town of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.
I was fortunate to be able meet and talk to many of you during the campaign and I came away with a clear view of the concerns that are affecting the residents of Shanklin South.
Living in, and representing the ward, many of my priorities will be trying to resolve local issues that are brought to my attention by you, the residents. However, I am also acutely aware that our beautiful Island as a whole has many issues that affect all of us. Please rest assured that I, and the rest of our Reform UK group, will be working with all other councillors and council officers, to provide the best possible services for the Island in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. I will be holding regular surgeries locally, which I will publicise, and I can always be contacted by email.
