DJ and Mountbatten supporter, Tony Martin, is aiming to surpass a landmark fund-raising total at this year’s DECADeANCE.
The popular event has so far raised £93,000 since it was started by Tony in 2009, and he hopes the latest instalment, at Cowes Yacht Haven on Saturday, will break the six-figure mark.
“I’m really excited about DECADEaNCE 2023 and our Icons and Legends theme for this year,” said Tony. “I love seeing people having the best time on the dance floor, enjoying the best tunes from the decades.
“Mountbatten cared for my mum, back in 2001, and it would be fantastic if what was originally a ‘one off ‘event in 2009, could reach £100,000 this year. We still have tickets for sale, so come along for a great night and to support Mountbatten too.”
Tickets are £20 per person and are available at Cowes Yacht Haven, Master of Disguise, Newport, and Festival Diner Bar in Ryde.
You can also buy them directly from Tony by emailing decadeancenight@gmail.com.
Mountbatten CEO, Nigel Hartley, said: “Tony’s support for Mountbatten over all these years has simply been incredible and we are extremely thankful for everything he has done for us. DECADeANCE’s popularity speaks for itself – Tony is a brilliant DJ so I would highly recommend getting along for a great night out.”
