Police are investigating an indecent exposure, which took place at Tennyson Down on Tuesday at around 8.30am. A woman, in her 20s, was walking along a footpath at Tennyson Down in the direction of Green Lane, when a man ran past her.
The woman then noticed the man came to a stop further down the path, where he exposed himself and committed an indecent act whilst looking in the woman’s direction. He then walked off along a path heading towards the chalk pit.
He is described as white with a pale complexion, slim, approximately 5ft 8ins tall with short mousy brown hair. He was wearing dark blue shorts and a green Nike T-shirt which had a Nike tick logo on the right hand side of the chest.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone with information that can assist. Do you know who this man is? Have you seen him in the area? Did you witness anyone acting suspiciously in the area that day? Have you experienced any of this type of behaviour in the area previously?
