Waterline Media welcomes fresh talent as company expands

Waterline Media, a creative agency specialising in the marine, luxury and superyacht sectors, has today announced the addition of Jo Hurt to its marketing team.

Hurt, former Media Executive and Brand Liaison for the global Extreme Sailing Series™, joins Waterline Media’s talented team of media professionals providing creative services and high-end production to international brands.

Following six years working for Isle of Wight-based international sports management company, OC Sport, Hurt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as she takes on this exciting new role.

As part of this newly-formed role, Hurt will work with multiple clients across a range of mediums using her knowledge of media, marketing, PR and brand management to complement the company’s already extensive marketing and media offerings.

Most recently, Waterline Media was appointed the official Creative Agency to Arksen, a newly launched technology and innovation company building the most authentic, capable and efficient explorer vessels of their kind. Working hand in hand with the project’s founder, Jasper Smith, Waterline Media was instrumental in the creation and development of the brand which holds an underpinning ethos of sustainability with the aim of igniting a new wave of innovation in the marine industry. East Cowes high-speed craft and aluminium ship builder Wight Shipyard Co., has been appointed to develop the fleet of Arksen vessels.
