By Isle of Wight ObserverA teenager was rescued by firefighters after getting stuck on Sainsbury’s roof in Newport.
The teenage girl climbed on the roof with a group of others in Foxes Road at around 7.10pm on Thursday (November 15).
The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue service confirmed that they had to use an extension ladder to bring the girl to safety.
No one was injured during the incident.
