Tapnell Farm Park is gearing up for a packed summer season, with activities running daily from until Sunday, August 31.
The all-weather attraction near Yarmouth will offer a full programme of animal encounters, creative sessions and family-friendly evening events – many of them included in the standard entry price.
Daily animal activities will include wallaby and alpaca feeding, guinea pig ‘fishing’, Shetland pony grooming, and craft sessions focused on animal enrichment.
Two special evening events will run each week. Moo-Mania, held every Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm, features a high-energy children’s rave with a live DJ, dance competitions, puppet shows, circus games, bubble machines, confetti cannons and balloon drops.
New for 2025, Barn, Boots & Beats will take place on Thursday evenings, with live country music from Honky Tonk Highway, line-dancing led by the Long Island Stompers, and street food from Tapnell’s own kitchen. Visitors can also try their hand at rodeo bull riding and other fair-style challenges.
The Farm Park itself includes a large indoor play barn with trampolines, go-karts and a giant tower slide, as well as a dedicated under-fives soft play. Outside, there are jumping pillows, sledge slides, football goals and a wide variety of farm animals.
Tapnell is open from 10am to 5pm daily, with extended opening until 8pm on event nights. Tickets must be booked on-line in advance. A summer season pass offering unlimited visits is also available. More details at iw.observer/tapnell-summer.
