The fourth Ryde Slide on Sunday (July 22) was quite the event.

Fundraisers hurled themselves down Union Street’s monster 200m inflatable water slide for a charity of their choice.

The atmosphere was amazing with music and a packed street.

The slide packs up at 6pm if anyone wants to see the action for themselves.

Before the event a black Audi TT was towed to make room for the slide.

HSS Hire & Traffic Management Isle of Wight took to Facebook to warn car owners their vehicles could be towed on July 22 at around 6.30am.

They said it was unfortunate they had to take the action but were excited to be helping out with the charity fundraiser.
