Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a serious collision in Havenstreet.
Police were called at 12.44am this morning (August 12) to a report of a collision at the junction of Main Road, Newnham Road and Stroud Wood Road.
This involved one vehicle; a grey Yamaha motorcycle.
The rider, a man in his 20s from Newport, has suffered serious injuries. He is currently being treated in hospital.
