Sight for Wight has hosted its first murder mystery event. ‘Murder at Millbrooke House’ was the theme and 33 super sleuth guests arrived hoping to solve the mystery of ‘whodunnit’?
Hannah Pereira wrote the script and also cast the actors in a wonderful Agatha Christie style murder mystery plot with plenty of twists. Guests were not only entertained by the superb cast but also enjoyed a two course supper which included wine, after dinner mints and refreshments.
Chris Cane, Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Manager said: “We are always looking for new and fun ways to raise money for the charity and I am delighted to report that our very first murder mystery was a great success.
“An event like this can only happen with the help and support of dedicated staff, trustees and volunteers so a huge thank you to everyone involved especially the actors.”
Due to the popularity of the event, Sight for Wight will be hosting the sequel to Murder at Millbrooke House, early next year.
