IW Young Farmers offer to get rid of your unwanted Christmas trees

The Isle of Wight Young Farmers’ Club have offered a Christmas tree removal service for unwanted trees after the festive period has finished.

The club will be collecting trees from across the Island in January to raise funds to support their club on January 6 and 13.

For a fee of just £5 per tree, club members will be traversing the Island in teams with a truck and trailer, collecting unwanted trees. The discarded trees will then be taken to be chipped and recycled into paths and flowerbeds.
