Islanders join march for a final say on Brexit

More than 50 Islanders travelled by coach to join the London march in support of a further referendum on Britain’s membership of the EU.

They joined a crowd described as ‘hundreds of thousands’ by the BBC and other media organisations, with the organisers claiming a million people marched through the capital demanding a final say on Brexit.

The march finished in Parliament Square where they were addressed by MPs from across the political spectrum. The group posted pictures on their Islanders for Europe Facebook page, describing it as an ‘Incredible day!’.
