Island lift specialist reopens its offices

Island lift specialist Deltron Coastal has officially reopened its refurbished offices, marking eight years of serving customers across the Island.

High Sheriff Nigel Hartley. MPs, councillors, customers and local businesses attended the reopening ceremony on Friday, which included a ribbon-cutting and speeches.

Company representatives included Pace Group CEO and director Scott Haywood, former Deltron Coastal director Mick Jones, customer relations manager Chloe Rajkoomar.

Established in 2018 to serve the southern coastline, Deltron Lifts Coastal gave Pace Group a presence on the Island. Under the leadership of Mick Jones, the business expanded significantly, providing lift servicing and repairs, stairlifts, hoists and examinations on LOLER, UK laws that govern the safe use, planning, and inspection of lifting equipment.

The company’s customers include care homes, industrial sites, private homes, commercial premises and St Mary’s Hospital.

The company has strong local connections, with lead engineer Ben, who was born and raised on the Island, working alongside customer relations manager Chloe Rajkoomar, originally from the south coast.

The newly refurbished premises reinforce the company’s commitment to serving Island customers, supported by Pace Group’s wider operations and a customer support line available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
