Crowned Tourism Superstar 2020 by Visit England, Hovertravel’s Lorry Middleton has written and performed a song for the NHS, as part of the now traditional Thursday Night Clap.
Lorry wanted to say thank you to the NHS for their dedication and professionalism, which he sees every day with the key workers travelling across the Solent as well as assisting the Isle of Wight Ambulance service transferring patients with Hovertravel’s Island Rescue.
Loretta Lale, Head of Commercial, says: “Performing with his guitar at Hovertravel’s terminal and his team leader and duty manager in support, Lorry’s song encourages people to support the NHS and shows why he is such a superstar.”
