Returning by popular demand, Europe’s most successful Elvis Presley tribute artist – Lee Memphis King and his award winning production ‘One Night of Elvis’ is heading back to Shanklin Theatre next month.
The show has been touring for 10 years and is the best selling Elvis production in the UK and Europe. Lee has performed on the Isle of Wight on numerous occasions and has a strong following on the Island.
On Saturday Feb 23rd Lee will be returning to the Shanklin Theatre with a brand new production celebrating the years 1969 – 1977.
In this latest production, Lee Memphis King portrays Elvis Presley at his peak celebrating the iconic ‘Vegas Years’ from 1969 – 1977 when Elvis would perform in Las Vegas and tour throughout the US and Canada – the definitive record of these performances are contained in the films ‘Elvis- That’s the Way It Is’, ‘Elvis On Tour’ and the ‘Aloha from Hawaii’ concert.
