A cheque for PATCH from Ventnor Carnival Association

The chairman of Ventnor Carnival Association, Teresa Preston, has presented the trustees of PATCH with a cheque for £700.

Carnival committee members invited the trustees to the presentation, which was half the amount raised at last year’s Boxing Day swim. The remainder of the money will be presented to different charities.

On behalf of PATCH, Erika Arnold said: “It is a wonderful amount and the trustees of PATCH send their thanks to all responsible for raising so much to help people in our local area who are facing difficult times.”
