Yellow weather warning issued for ice on the Isle of Wight

The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for ice affecting the Isle of Wight tonight.

According to the Met Office, icy stretches are likely to form on Monday evening and into Tuesday morning.

A band of rain and hill snow will move southeastwards across the UK during Monday evening and overnight. Behind this surface temperatures will rapidly fall away with some ice forming on some surfaces.
