By Isle of Wight ObserverJohn and Roz Langley started Wight Flight Hovercraft Experiences this summer on the Island – and business has really taken off!
The new venture affords kids and adults (big kids) the opportunity to fly a hovercraft yourself!
For kids and adults, at a very affordable cost of £10 for a taster flight, you can feel the exhilaration and excitement that comes from flying eight inches above the ground at up to 30 miles per hour.
In addition to the taster flights which last around eight minutes, they also do children’s parties, one-to-one hour long experiences, corporate events and can even bring the craft to you if you have a suitable site.
Now you have the chance to win flights for a family of four in their competition.

Alternatively you can email info@wight-flight.co.uk with your name and contact number. All names received by the closing date of midnight on Thursday (October 18) will be entered into the draw and the winner notified on Friday (October 19). The prize can be taken any time up until December 31, 2018 on available flying days.
Wight Flight also have special offers available throughout October. Book an hour long one-to-one session for £85 instead of £99, for a flight experience to be taken by end of November 2018.
Also, book a child’s party during the month of October and receive a 10% discount. The party doesn’t have to be in October, it can be any time through to April 2019, but the deposit needs to be paid by October 31 for the discount to apply.
