The Rev Leisa Potter, the Team Vicar of the West Wight Mission Community, is moving to Exeter, with her husband, Colin, as the new Team Rector for the Axe Valley Mission Community.
Leisa shared the news and said: “We give thanks for the communities, churches and Christian fellowship that we have had the honour of serving, through the joy and challenges of ministry and life, in the West Wight, and across the Island.
“I am also delighted to share the wonderful news that Colin has been recommended to begin training for ordination.
“I know my parishioners will join me in wishing him all the best in his future ministry.”
Leisa will be Team Rector for Axminster – All Saints’, Axmouth, Chardstock, Combpyne with Rousdon, Membury and Uplyme.
She grew up in Exeter and married, Colin, a childhood friend, in 2018.
