Memorial day and fundraiser to be held in aid of Rew Valley Youth Football Club and Ventnor Football Club.
Rew Valley Youth FC and Ventnor FC are holding a fundraising day at 12pm on Saturday (August 4) at Watcombe Bottom, Ventnor, in memory of former player and coach Billy Thompson.
The Billy Thompson Memorial Day will start at 12pm and entry is free.
All are welcome to attend and there will fun for all ages with a bouncy castle, Wight Karting’s kinder track, games, food, bar, and a raffle in aid of both clubs.
There will be five-a-side children’s games from 12pm – 2pm, with the Ventnor Legends vs Ventnor FC playing at 2pm.
There will also be a registration stall for youth players to register for Rew Valley Youth FC for the upcoming season.
