More than 100 guests joined Top Mops at the Lakeside Park Hotel to celebrate the company’s 25 years in business.
Guests enjoyed a drinks reception, a four-course meal, a cabaret show from Huxley Magic and a DJ set, by Jamie White.
A presentation by relationship manager, Sarah Ford, looked back over the quarter century, since Mark Tutty founded the company in 1998, and key milestones of the multi-award-winning contract cleaning company, which today employs more than 300 staff across the south, all managed from the Sandown head office. Highlights included awards success, the company’s long association with the Isle of Wight Festival, and its support for the NHS during the Covid pandemic.
Staff awards were presented, with Adrian Abraham receiving the Team Award and Aidan Atkins the Newcomer Award. Loren Tutty, Mark Hadley, Craig Ford, Brian Tutty, Perry Brown and Davey Boon all received Long Service Awards, with The Old Smithy, in Godshill, recognised as the longest-standing Top Mops customer.
A raffle and auction for Cancer Research raised over £1,500, with lots donated by leading businesses including WightFibre, HoverTravel, Island Tea & Coffee Co and JR Zone.
Mark Tutty, the company’s founder and MD, summed up the event: “What a great evening and amazing opportunity to celebrate all that the company and our team have achieved over the past 25 years. The customers we are proud to work with and pride we take as an Island business. Here’s to the next 25 years.”
