The IW men’s 1st XI drew 1-1 away at Romsey, in Division Two South, with their 2nd XI winning 6-2 at home to Haslemere V, following their Solent Division One 7-2 success over US Portsmouth.
The IW Ladies’ 1st XI won 3-2 at home to Chichester II, in Division Two South, with first half goals from Katy Ednay and Jaimie Payne. A second half winner from Evie Fairhurst, and an outstanding goal-keeping display, from Tia Shutler, securing the win.
The newly-promoted Ladies’ II XI were away at Portsmouth III and lost 5-2.
The U-11 girls beat Burgess Hill 5-1 at home, and the U-12 girls travelled away for a double fixture, and were unfortunate to lose 4-2 against Fareham and 4-0 to Petersfield.
This weekend the men’s 1st XI are home to Portsmouth II, and the 2nd XI have a bye. The Ladies 1st team travel to Waterside in Southampton, with the 2nd XI home to Haslemere IV.
