The New Inn, Shalfleet, has reopened under new management today for drinks, with food being served from Wednesday.
The pub has been empty since its previous tenants, Mark and Veronica Goldstone, left at the beginning of the year.
New menus have been posted on the pub’s website, and a spokesman said: “A huge thank you to everyone who’s shared their thoughts on our menus. We’ve had some fantastic feedback, and we really appreciate everyone taking the time to get involved.
“We’ve taken the feedback we saw regarding the kids’ menu on board and so we’ve tweaked that and we’ve also made the allergens clearer to see, so we’re sharing our updated menus for you to have another look at.
“We’ll be opening our doors for drinks as planned on Monday. However, following some difficulties getting our kitchen equipment delivered to the Island after the recent storm, our kitchen will open on Wednesday. We can’t wait to welcome you all.”
