A community acting group has been given its own theatre in Brading. The Tide Nor Time Players are now based at The Bull Ring Theatre, Brading Town Hall.
Candy Cassidy, chairman and director, said: “We would like to extend a huge thank you to Brading Town Council and Brading Mayor, Paul Garratt, for giving us this wonderful opportunity to perform and help bring this lovely historic theatre back to life. We are incredibly grateful for their support and belief in our community theatre group.
“Our team is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment, where people of all ages can explore their passion for theatre, develop their skills, and become part of something special.
“Our plans include a varied programme of plays, musicals, family shows, and youth productions, giving local performers the opportunity to shine and showcasing the remarkable talent of Brading and the wider Island.
“This marks an exciting new beginning for Tide Nor Time Players, and we look forward to sharing our upcoming productions, community projects, and future opportunities with everyone.”
