Road closed after ambulance and BMW collide in Ryde

Firefighters from Ryde fire station were called out to assist with a two vehicle collision involving a black BMW 3 series and an ambulance in Ryde this morning (January 15).
An Isle of Wight NHS ambulance and Black BMW collided on a busy crossroad next to the Argyll Street, West Street, and Green Street junction.
The collision took place at around 10am. No serious injuries have been reported.
Police also attended the scene and closed the road whilst the vehicles were cleared.
