Residents have lost their judicial review against the developers of West Acre Park outside Ryde.
Residents fundraised to take the legal action because they believed the Isle of Wight Council had broken planning laws when granting permission for the 473-home development. The news came this morning in a lengthy judgement. Which can read below.
