Pub asks for support until it closes its doors

The Victoria Tavern in East Cowes is closing it doors for the final time in May.

A pub statement confirmed: “After nearly five years here at the Vic Tavern, it’s with great sadness and a heavy heart that we are announcing we will be closing our doors for good in May.

“We are immensely proud of what we have achieved in our time here, creating one of the best community pubs around. We would like to say a massive thank you to all our customers, those local and from afar. Thank you for continuously showing your loyalty and support to our little pub. That is why we ask you to continue your support till the very end. Our kitchen will be closing at the end of February, and more details will be announced soon.”
