Officers from Hampshire Constabulary responded under bluelight to Lloyds Bank in Newport just after 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoon (December 18).
The two officers could be seen in the branch talking to staff and the manager.
Both Hampshire Police and Lloyds have been approached for comment.
