Eldridges Solicitors has recruited Joshua Gallop to its conveyancing team.
Joshua will be advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and right to buy, in addition to land transfers, remortgages, equity release, deeds and more. He will also deal with first time registration of unregistered property and land, something prevalent on the Island. Joshua qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after achieving a first-class honours law degree and has already built up an enviable reputation for his work.
Eldridges was founded on the Island in 1832, and is a company that truly understands the Island’s unique character, economy and property market.
The new member of the conveyancing team will be based in the company’s Freshwater offices, but will also be meeting clients in their Newport offices, providing a personal service, tailored to meet individual needs where you live or work.
Joshua joins a well-established team, which includes Ian Bradshaw and Rachel Day, both well known to many across the Island as specialists in residential property.
