Medical Transfer from East Cowes Esplanade

A patient has been airlifted by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance from East Cowes on Saturday (January 12).
Following an assessment, by the flying medics of the sick patient in Cambridge Road who is understood to have a cardiac complaint, They treated their patient at the scene who was then packaged for a short transfer to the QA Hosptial in Portsmouth.
The lifesaving green and yellow helicopter landed on grassland at just around 11:45am and took off just after 12 pm.
