Emergency services have been called to collision between Carisbrooke and Shorwell this evening (Wednesday).
Two appliances from Newport, supported by the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service and police, were called to Bowcombe Road, just before 7 pm on Wednesday.
The road is blocked in both directions following the single vehicle collision. The driver self-rescued and escaped serious injury.
