A cheque for £850 raised from December’s Isle of Wight Classic Tractor run has been presented to the Friends of St Mary’s Hospital shop.
The cheque was presented by the rally’s organisers, David Lemonius and Denis Pocock, who shared the money they raised with the Hants & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
More than 70 tractors took part in the annual charity run, which has been going for 10 years. It started from Hale Manor and made its way out of the West Wight towards Chale and through Bocombe, Shorwell, Brighstone and Hulverstone before finishing at Compton Farm.
