Emergency services are currently attending a hazardous material incident in the West Wight.
Fire crews were mobilised just before 9 am on Friday morning.
Crews were called to a property on Summers Court.
An Isle of Wight fire and rescue service spokesperson said firefighters checked a property on Summers Court with gas monitors and the property was found to be safe.
The incident was handed back to ambulance staff.
