Red Squirrel Property Shop has been nominated for two awards at this year’s annual Negotiator awards, the biggest in the estate agency world.
The Negotiator awards have an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency and are the most prestigious and valuable awards in the industry.
The company has previously been the first Island estate agency to be shortlisted in a number of categories, and this year the Red Squirrel team has worked harder than ever, seeing their efforts rewarded with a nomination for Lettings Agency of the Year and Estate Agency of the Year.
A spokesman for the family-owned business, which recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary said: “Just to be nominated is amazing, but obviously we want to win! Red Squirrel Property Shop was started because of the way many estate agencies operate; we wanted to create an agency we would use ourselves. We operate based on honesty, trust and compassion, which is why so many people on the Isle of Wight work with us and why we have become so successful.
“Since the company was set up in 2012 we have gone from strength to strength. Although on paper we are an estate agent, we are committed to being part of our local community. Over the years we have sponsored lots of Island events and are always out and about fundraising and raising awareness for the various charities we work alongside. This year alone our staff have completed a Tough Mudder course, Walk the Wight, Wing Walk and Zoe’s Law Ball. Next year we have set ourselves even bigger challenges so watch this space!”
The Negotiator Awards presentation ceremony will take place at the spectacular Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London, on November 25.
